The Arbor Ridge Annual Community Garage Sale is coming up.

Large signage will be placed at main entrances and the event will be advertised on Craig’s List.

Date: Saturday, June 11th, 2016

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

**Please note: If you would like you, may have your home garage sale continue past 2:00 p.m. and on Sunday, June 12th.

Here are some tips to have a successful garage sale:

• Collect the clutter around your home.
• Have a plan — a successful garage sale does not happen without organization. At least a week before the sale go through your home from top to bottom and clear out clutter. At least 2-3 days before the sale, take an afternoon to price everything and organize it. And then the day before getting the cash on hand to manage your cash drawer (for example: a roll of pennies, roll of nickels, roll of dimes, roll of quarters, 20 dollars in ones and 20 dollars in fives). Do not wait until the last minute to pull off a garage sale 🙂
• Clearly mark your prices.
• Price things to sell.
• Mark things down as the time goes and closing time approaches.

What a great turnout for this years event.  Thank you to all the volunteers that helped make this event happen. Special Thank you to Showplace Landscaping for stepping in to mow the park lawn when THRPD could not.

Announcing our next upcoming Arbor Ridge HOA Social Event.

We have truly appreciated your past volunteering. We are in desperate need of volunteers to help with hiding over 3,000 eggs, inclusive of Golden Eggs!  If you can, please meet us at the George W. Otten Park (NW Emerald Canyon Dr, Beaverton, OR 97006). Your support is greatly appreciated!

Location – George W Otten Park

Date – Saturday, March 26th, 2016

Time – Easter Egg Hunt will begin around 10 am and last through 12 noon

All children are welcome (There will be 3 zones: 0-3 years, 4 – 7 years and 8 + years)

Volunteers Please Arrive @ 8 am

There will be raffle tickets, give away toys and a craft for the children to take home to make.

Children, please bring a Easter Basket, Bucket or bag to collect your eggs with!

Congratulations to the winners in this years Holiday Light Contest.  Thanks to the Social Committee for walking the community to find these wonderful homes.  Happy Holidays from your Arbor Ridge HOA Board of Directors and the Committee members.

ARHA October 2015 Newsletter

Coming Tuesday August 4th, 2015 from 6p, to 830p at John Marty Park, Arbor Ridge HOA and the Charlais Women’s Network will be hosting National Night Out.  Come to this great event to spend time with your neighbors.  Bring a pot luck dish and your own items to grill on the provided grills.  Games and Fun for the Kids, Appearances by the Washington County Sheriff and information on being safe.

Great Weather, Wonderful neighbors, Parade, Hot Dogs, Face Painting and lots of good times from both Charlais and Arbor Ridge.  Once again Arbor Ridge HOA joined the Charlais Women’s Network to celebrate July 4th as a community.  We hope you enjoyed this years event this year.
