Over the past several months there have been questions raised by Home Owners and the Board in regards to defining the CCRs sign policy.  The Board has been working on a Resolution that will help with interpretation of the CCRs for the Home Owners, Board and our Management Company.

Only July 12th 2010 the board passed a Sign Resolution which defines the use of signs in our neighborhood.   It is the desire of the Home Owners and the Board to make sure there are rules in place to control signage and to allow fair placement of signage by the Home Owners.  At the same time keeping our neighborhood looking nice.

Are you confused about which containers to place at the curb for pick-up?

The weeks on a green background are for yard debris (your dark gray container) pick-up.  The weeks on a pink background are for recycling pick-up (your large gray container with a blue top and red bin for glass).  Your house rubbish and garbage is picked up every week (your light gray container).

Remember it is your responsibility to put your containers at the curb no earlier than the day before pickup and return them to your out of sight storage before the end of the pickup day.  Non-compliance with the rules may result in your containers being tagged with a friendly reminder.  Excessive or repeated non-compliance will result in fines.
