At the recent Annual Home Owners Meeting four positions were open and filled.

Thank you to all those Homeowners that turned in their proxies and/or showed up at the meeting.  Without your involvement the Annual Meeting could not be made possible,

Annual Meeting Minutes 2017

Annual Meeting Minutes are posted only after they have been approved by the Home Owners on the following year’s Annual Meeting.
For Example – Meeting On Oct 1st 1999 would be Approved at the next Annual Meeting Oct 1st 2000 and then posted to the web site.

Arbor Ridge Home Owners Association Annual Meeting for October 23, 2017

I. Meeting Called to Order

  • 6:22 pm

II. Proof of Notice of Meeting

III. Established Quorum

  • There were exactly 180 (60 present and 120 sent in) homeowners and/or proxies received.
    Quorum requirement of 25% homeowners was met.

IV. Meeting Minutes

  • Motion on the floor to approve the 2016 annual meeting minutes. Motion approved and carried.

V. President’s Report

  • Lisa Walker highlighted several projects that were completed over the course of the last year.
    Some of those include the tree project, irrigation replacement project, Habitat update and all of
    the social committee events. Please see the Presidents Report for more details.

VI. New Business

  1. Review of Approved 2018 Budget
    Lynda DuLong reviewed the proposed 2018 budget and answered questions. See that
    document for details.
  2. Nominations from the Floor
    There were no additional nominations from the floor.
  3. Election of Board Members
    2 new Board Members at this time, in addition to those already on the board
    presently in 2017.

Annual Meeting Reminder 2018

The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.

Meeting will be held in the cafeteria at Bethany Elementary School located at 3305 NW 174th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006.

Registration will begin at 6:15 p.m.

Homeowners will receive via USPS the Annual Meeting package shortly, which will contain the following:

1. 2018 Annual Meeting Agenda
2. Official Proxy – Please complete and return in the enclosed self-addressed return envelope.It is requested that all Owners submit their proxy even if they plan on attending the meeting in order to establish quorum prior to the meeting.
3. Solicitation for Board Member Volunteers
4. 2019 Approved Budget
5. Owner Feedback Requested – White Vinyl Fence Survey

If you return your signed and dated proxy form, your name will be entered in a drawing (one per household; must be present to win) to receive:

    • Board considering the removal of white fencing along West Union and Laidlaw due to the lack of spacing needed for the arbor vitae along the fencing to survive.

Hello Neighbors!

Is your garage in need of serious help? Still hanging on to those old golf clubs?
The bean bag chair from your college days? Time to get rid of some stuff?

Please join us on Sept. 8th for the Arbor Ridge HOA community garage sale.
Each participating household will be holding their own sale.

We will be providing yard signs, a community garage sale map, advertising on
Craigslist and in the Oregonian.

Annual July 4th Event

Another great event, with super awesome weather for the annual Charlais Community Network’s with Arbor Ridge HOA.  There was a great parade, breakfast and then play time for family and kids in the park.  Arbor Ridge HOA hosted the Hot dog stand again this year which helped feed all those hungry neighbors.
