What is the Arbor Ridge Homeowners’ Association?
The Arbor Ridge Homeowners’ Association acts as a representative of The Arbor Ridge in dealing with outside governmental agencies by giving input regarding new developments around The Arbor Ridge, open space and roadways. The Arbor Ridge tries to keep Arbor Ridge residents informed on issues that impact our community via the newsletter. Please fell free to call the office with any questions about your community. Because the Arbor Ridge is a voluntary organization, we need the support of every resident to preserve and protect the amenities of this beautiful and unique development. We sincerely hope you will support these efforts with your involvement.

When are the Arbor Ridge Board Meetings and can I attend?
The regular Arbor Ridge Board Meetings are held on the forth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m.  Please consult our Calendar (Arbor Ridge Calendar) for exact dates.  The meetings are held at the Somerset Christian Church, 16255 NW Bronson Rd and are open to all residents.  Please email [email protected] well in advance if you have a Arbor Ridge community issue that you would like to bring forward as and agenda item or Call The Management Company (See Contacts).

What is the Arbor Ridge Architectural Review Committee?
The Arbor Ridge Architectural Review Committee reviews and approves new building and exterior remodeling (such as painting, decks, fences and replacement roofs) of homes in The Arbor Ridge to ensure compliance with Arbor Ridge Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R).

What are the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R)?
The intention of the CC & R’s is to protect our scenic environment and maintain the value of our homes. You should have received a copy of the Covenants for your filing at closing. If not, you can contact The Management Company (See Contacts) to request a copy. You may also download a copy off this web site.

What are the Architectural Standards?
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R) for “The Arbor Ridge” charge the Arbor Ridge Architectural Review Committee with the duty of insuring that exterior alterations to the homes in the Arbor Ridge conform to a standard of quality workmanship, quality materials and a harmony of design within the community. The Committee has developed the Architectural Standards to guide its decision making process and to assist homeowners planning alterations to their homes. Do I have to comply with Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R)?
Yes! The CC & R’s are filed with Washington County in conjunction with all Arbor Ridge properties and are the ‘rules’ that govern changes, and in some instances (e.g. parking) exterior activity at your residence.  CC & R’s require approval of most exterior changes to your property by the Architectural Review Committee before they are made.
