- The Board to adjourn to Executive Session to review input given from homeowner.
II. ADJOURN INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION

- The Board discussed and reviewed input given from homeowner, made decisions.
III. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
- 7:10 PM
- Board decisions and outcomes:
- Hearing #1: Homeowner failed to attend. No decisions made.
- Hearing #2: Board to discuss decisions with The Management Group.
- Hearing #3: Homeowner failed to attend. No decisions made.
- Settlement was discussed. The Board has agreed to the terms and will accept the offer on the basis that the lien should not be lifted until full payment has been received.
