      1. Motion to adopt a policy for the landscape company to turn on the commons water no earlier than May lst and turn off by September 7th – with the added flexibility to turn back on later if the weather becomes particularly hot – passed. Board to make a final decision of turning off the water at the September 1st board meeting.
    2. Showplace Enhancements – Park Strips/Turf
      1. In an effort to conserve water, motion to remove park strip lawns along Laidlaw and replace with bark dust – except park strips from West Union to Oak Creek – passed.

Motion to approve landscape proposal # 5130 – passed.
