I. PRESENTATION BY WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERRIF – Officer Huey
presented a security presentation with recommendations and precautions for the
area.
II. CALL OF THE ROLL AND CERTIFYING OF BALLOT – Meeting was called to
order at 6:30PM.
III. Management recorded the owners in attendance and those that submitted
proxies. 90 owners total attended via Zoom, and via Ballot.
IV. PROOF OF NOTICE OF MEETING – Notice of meeting was sent via electronic
communication and USPS on 9/30/2024.
V. APPROVAL OF 2023 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES – A motion was made and
seconded to approve the 2023 annual meeting minutes. The motion passed
unanimously.
VI. REPORT OF OFFICERS – Joe Lopez shared an update from 2024 and an
overview of the 2025 budgets for both the Cottage Collection and HOA.
VII. ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – Without sufficient absentee ballots, the two director positions were not filled at the time of the meeting.
VIII. OWNERS FORUM – Homeowners shared comments and concerns with the community and Board.
IX. ADJOURNMENT – Motion to adjourn was made and seconded. Motion Passed
Unanimously. Meeting was adjourned at 7:29PM.
