Sheriff’s Department will have activities and information.

Neighborhood Watch will provide information on the growing program in our neighborhood.

We will have a Children’s Raffle for some fabulous prizes for kids and did we say Hot Dogs and Ice Cream?

Crime Alert From Washington County – GPS’s

The following is a message from Washington County Sheriff that effects our area

Greetings Neighborhood Watch Folks, My name is Jeff Mori. I am the Patrol Commander with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. I am sending you all this ALERT due to an increase of portable GPS units being stolen from vehicles.

If you have a portable GPS in your vehicle, please remove it from plain view when you park your vehicle. We will continue to aggressively patrol your neighborhoods for suspicious persons.

The HOA has purchased and placed a few Slow Children At Play signs in the neighborhood.  Signs have been placed on the West and East end of NW Emerald Canyon Drive near the Park.  Additional signs have also been placed on NW Oak Creek Drive between NW West Union Road and NW Arizona Drive.

If you are aware of another area that would benefit from placement of these signs please let the Management Office know or email the Board and we can look into adding additional signs.

We want our neighborhood to be safe for our kids and neighbors.

Annual Election and Proxy Forms

Recently all Home Owners received a letter from our Management Company containing a proxy form and information on the upcoming Annual Meeting on October 26th 2009.  It is really important that if you can not attend the annual meeting that you send the proxy form back in the postage paid envelope.  Last year it took three mailings and meetings to get a quorum of Home Owners in order to move forward with day to day business.  These extra mailing cost you as Home Owners $700 per a mailing.

We would really like to see the Home Owners attend the Annual Meeting so that you can have input on the members of the Board, find out what is occurring in your neighborhood and provide feedback as an Arbor Ridge Home Owner.

If you are interested in running for a Board Position please contact Nick Horn at The Management Group (see the contacts page) .  We are also looking for people to be involved with the Social Committee, Neighborhood Watch Committee, Architectural Review Committee, Newsletter Committee and Landscape Committee.  Please let us know by emailing us, contacting Nick Horn or attending the Annual Meeting.
