On Monday, August 21st, a vendor will be working in the Community performing pavement repairs on the Pedestrian Walkway behind Gold Canyon Ln. Access to the walkway will be intermittently unavailable for brief periods on Friday, August 18th for the Vendor to complete grinding/prep work. This walkway will be closed off during the work on Monday, August 21st, and remain closed until Tuesday, August 22nd to allow for the pavement to completely dry.
Please keep in mind the following information while the vendor is onsite:
- Please avoid the work area while the vendor is repairing the pavement and please do not disturb the vendor during their work.
- Please be mindful of the wet pavement and do not disturb the areas while drying.
- This maintenance is weather dependent. Management will notify Owners of any changes in schedule as soon as possible.
- Owners with Tenants are responsible for notifying them of this scheduled maintenance.
